Q: Will Smart Buddy find players hidden from search on a poker site?
A: Yes, Smart Buddy finds all players regardless of whether they chose to hide themselves from searches.
 
 
 
Q: Why do some players appear in blue?
A: Players appearing blue stay highlighted in blue the first 2 minutes after appearing on your Smart Buddy list.
 
 
 
Q: Do I need to have a poker client to find my buddies?
A: No. Our centralized player tracking system does all the tracking. All you need to do is launch Smart Buddy and add your buddies.
 
 
 
Q: Do you support tournament and play money players?
A: Currently Smart Buddy tracks only real money cash game players.However, we are considering adding support for tournament players.
 
 
 
Q: Is Smart Buddy legal?
A: Smart Buddy is 100% legal and has been approved by poker rooms.
 
 
 
Q: Can I import players from Poker Tracker?
A: Yes, you can. Log into Smart Buddy. Click on File->Import->From Poker Tracker The login information is as follows:
User Name: postgres
Password :  dbpass
 
 
 
Q: Can I import players from a text file?
A: Yes. Log into Smart Buddy, go to File->Import->From Text File.
 
 
 
Q: Is there a limit on how many players I can have in Smart Buddy?
A: Currently there is no limit to how many players you can have in Smart Buddy.
 
 
 
Q: What’s the quickest way to join a table where a player I want to play against is playing?
A: Double-click on the table within Smart Buddy and you will be automatically taken to that table.
